How long does an order take to arrive?
We prepare your order within 48 working hours of payment being confirmed; once the parcel is prepared, delivery normally takes 1-2 working days. Weekend orders are handled on the first available working day. Over €60 shipping is free; below that threshold the cost is shown in the basket, before you pay.
Can I return a product?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery: request it from your account, on the order page (“Request a return”). Tools are fully refunded even if used, as long as they are not damaged by use; cosmetics only with the seal intact.
How does trade pricing for salons work?
The partner programme opens access to trade pricing and to some professional sizes that are not sold to the public. You join with the salon's VAT number: here is how to apply.
Do you issue invoices?
Yes. Electronic invoicing on every partner order: give us your VAT number and recipient code when you order.
