Terms of the “10% welcome” promotion

In force from 10 September 2026. Promoter: Piacersi — Owner: Fratangelo Pina (sole proprietorship), Viale XXIV Maggio 140, 86100 Campobasso (CB) — VAT No. 01541480701.

1. What it consists of

Anyone who signs up to the Piacersi e-mail list receives the code BENVENUTO10, which entitles them to a 10% discount on their first order placed on the site.

2. The maximum discount cap

The discount is granted up to a maximum of €30. The 10% is therefore calculated on spending up to €300: above that threshold the discount stays fixed at €30 and does not increase. An order of €1,000 receives a €30 discount, not €100.

3. How to use it

• The code is entered in the “Discount code” field at the time of payment.
• It is valid once only per customer and is linked to the e-mail address used to sign up.
• It is not transferable or resaleable and has no cash value.

4. What it does not cover

• It cannot be combined with other codes, time-limited promotions, sales or reserved price lists.
• It does not apply to shipping costs, which continue to be calculated on the full amount.
• It does not apply to gift cards or to orders already concluded: it cannot be applied after payment.
• It does not apply to price lists reserved for Business Customers (partner programme), which follow their own economic terms.

5. Returns and refunds

In the event of withdrawal or return, the refund corresponds to the amount actually paid, i.e. the price already discounted. If the return is partial, the discount is spread over the items in proportion to their price, and we do not charge you shipping costs that you did not pay when you ordered.

6. Duration and changes

The initiative has no fixed expiry date: Piacersi may suspend or change it at any time, giving notice on this page. Changes have no effect on orders already concluded or on codes already issued and not yet used.

7. Data processing

The e-mail address collected on sign-up is processed to send Piacersi's marketing communications. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every e-mail or by writing to info@piacersi.shop. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
