Governing law and jurisdiction

Use of this website, and any sales contract concluded through it, is governed by Italian law.
If the purchase is made by a consumer, i.e. a natural person acting for purposes outside any business or professional activity they may carry on, the mandatory provisions protecting the consumer remain unaffected and the competent court is that of the consumer's place of residence or elected domicile.
If the purchase is made by a business customer, the Court of Campobasso has exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the application, performance or interpretation of these legal notices or of the terms of sale.

For any complaint you can write to info@piacersi.shop or call +39 0874 698703: we answer in Italian and English and always look for a direct solution first.
If you are a consumer and we have not been able to solve the problem, you can contact an ADR (alternative dispute resolution) body listed by the Italian authorities, for example the conciliation service of the competent Chamber of Commerce. If you live in another European Union country, you can contact the European Consumer Centre Italy (ECC-Net Italy). Using these services does not affect in any way your right to go to court.
