1. Who operates this site

2. What these terms govern
These terms govern the browsing and use of the site: navigation, account registration, newsletter sign-up and sending requests through the contact forms.
Purchases are not governed by this document. Every order placed on the site is governed by the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, which contain the mandatory pre-contractual information, the right of withdrawal, the legal guarantee of conformity and the complaints procedure. In the event of conflict between the two documents, as regards sales the General Terms and Conditions of Sale prevail.
3. Permitted use of the site
The site may be used only for lawful purposes. In particular, it is not permitted to: access or attempt to access restricted areas without authorisation; collect content, prices or availability data by automated means; interfere with the operation of the site or its security systems; enter untrue data in the registration, contact or purchase forms.
The owner may suspend access for anyone who breaches these rules, without prejudice to any other remedy available at law.
4. Customer account
Registration is free and optional. Anyone who creates an account is responsible for the truthfulness of the data entered and for keeping their access credentials safe. Any reserved commercial status — such as access to professional price lists — is granted exclusively by the owner following verification, and cannot be requested or activated independently by the user.
5. Site content
Texts, images, trade marks and graphics on the site are protected by intellectual property law; the applicable regime is described in the Legal Notice. Product information is provided with the utmost care; any clerical errors or typos are not binding on the owner, who reserves the right to correct them and, where appropriate, not to process the order, informing the customer, as provided for in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
6. Personal data and cookies
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. The use of cookies and similar tools is described in the Cookie Policy, which also explains how to change your choices at any time.
7. Changes
The owner may update these terms to bring them into line with changes in legislation or in the operation of the site. The applicable version is the one published at the time of use, with the date of update shown at the top of the page. Orders already submitted continue to be governed by the terms in force at the time they were sent.
8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Italian law. For relations with consumers, the court of the place of residence or elected domicile of the consumer has exclusive jurisdiction, pursuant to Art. 66-bis of Legislative Decree 206/2005. The complaints and dispute resolution procedures are set out in Article 21 of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
