The Parlux 3200 Compact is a 1,900 watt professional hair dryer with an airflow of 71 m³/h, designed to dry quickly without having to linger on the strand. It is available in five colours: purple, red, fuchsia, black and silver.
It has two speeds and four temperatures, the cord is 3.30 m long and the cool shot comes on instantly thanks to the microswitch. The manufacturer's declared lifespan is 2,000 hours: a salon tool, also suited to anyone who wants a professional-quality dryer at home for everyday drying and styling.

The ritual, step by step

Before you start
Blot the hair with a towel: the hairdryer should dry off moisture, not wring out water.

Protect
Apply a heat protectant to lengths and ends before switching on.

Dry
Hold the nozzle about ten centimetres away and keep it moving, from roots to ends, in the direction of the cuticle.

Finish with cold air
End with the cold shot: it sets the style and closes the cuticle.

Maintenance
Clean the rear filter every week: a clogged filter makes the motor overheat and shortens the life of the hairdryer.
