The Color Touch oxidising emulsion from Wella Professionals is the developer dedicated to Color Touch demi-permanent colour, in a 1000 ml bottle. It comes in two strengths: 6 volume (1.9%), the normal and gentlest version in the range, and 13 volume (4%), the intensive version.
Color Touch is Wella's vegan demi-permanent colour, free from ammonia, silicones and mineral oils: it tones, refreshes lengths and ends, balances and neutralises, with a luminous, multi-dimensional finish and a soft regrowth. The emulsion is intended for professional use, for toning and tone-on-tone services. The choice of strength depends on the service to be carried out.
