The Focus Steel cutting scissor comes in the 6.5-inch size, which the product sheet calls the long size: the longer blade brings a wide, continuous cutting line with each closure, useful for point-cutting and for broad lines such as those on the nape.
The structure is that of the classic cutting scissor: straight blades, finger rings with a rest and an adjustment screw that lets the pivot tension be varied. It has no serrations or thinning function, because it is designed for a clean cut and for building the shape. It is sold individually and is aimed at people who work with hair every day and want an essential tool without unnecessary extras.
