Dermo-Clarifier is the anti-dandruff cream shampoo from L'Oréal Professionnel's Série Expert Scalp Advanced line: it acts on dry and oily dandruff, and on the sebum oxidation and scalp micro-lesions that feed it.
The creamy texture produces little lather on purpose, to respect a flaking scalp. It contains piroctone olamine and calms the scalp; the manufacturer describes it as dermatologist-approved and claims up to 72 hours of dandruff protection. On oily dandruff it works best with the 2-in-1 Deep Purifier from the same line. 300 ml and 500 ml bottles.
