The Wahl Cordless Senior Metal Edition is the variant of the Cordless Senior with a metal housing. The metal shell gives a fuller grip and withstands continuous work better than plastic, at the cost of a few extra grams on the scale.
The chrome blades are adjustable with a lever and the machine works both on the lithium-ion battery and plugged into the mains, so it does not stop when the charge runs out. The accessories supplied serve for daily cleaning and maintenance. The model keeps the set-up of the Senior, a machine for fading and quick cuts, adding the sturdiness of metal construction. It is aimed at barbers and stylists who work many hours a day and look for a solid clipper, with an appearance distinct from the standard version.
